I had a picture of the correct filter but the location of that foam filter is in the cover of the Powermate head. The first image below shows how to remove that cover. The second image shows a parts list diagram of that that cover and the components. The filters are Key 8 on that parts image.
On the first production runs of that vacuum cleaner, those foam filters were inserted in slots at the corners of the cover for that Powermate module. The location should be on the underside of the cover where the red circles are. Those filters are no longer needed since they were eliminated in later production runs of that vacuum cleaner.
